state. Arkansas has no professional sports; college football and basketball is everything. Missouri has two cities with a rich history of professional sports. Two baseball teams, a hockey teams and two professional football teams for decades. Missourians not associated with the university generally look at college sports as minor leagues. I've always embraced college basketball but even when I was a student, I never really got into football; always more concerned about the Chiefs. There are no options for Arkansas fans.
