up with your insurance card in hand for a pre-planned procedure they cannot tell you the cost. Is there any other consumer product where that is the case? Could you imagine buying a car but not finding out the price until a month after the purchase? To make matter worse the price of that same car may vary by several hundred percent depending on which dealership you purchased it from.
