it is no intertwined in so many things....I would agree with Pickle below, that it is more about marginal people vs pure racism.
It is well known if you get stopped for speeding, if yo have a record, you are much more likely to get a ticket.
Not that Tiggrrrr represents all cops, but he has even admitted to this stuff just to "look" for more stuff.
But it goes far beyond just law enforcement per se.
