it doesn't regulate female sports -- but it does stipulate that anyone receiving federal money must abide by the regulations outlined in the law.
So -- don't like title ix? Don't accept federal money.
I don't deny that money is one way that federal government controls the situation and this is an example. There is a solution to it, however.
