the issue. You have stated repeatedly that since states control voting in their state the SCOTUS should not have any role in disputes. That is simply not true. Limited scope and role? Certainly. Can a case be made that role has been expanded beyond that which it should? Certainly. But to state as a blanket statement that states' rights absolutely prohibit a SCOTUS role is a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue of states' rights.
