I'm for it since my GF would receive some!!! I think around 50 grand for the 40 acres....10 Grand for a Kawasaki Mule and another 40 grand for the emotional and physical toll placed upon their ancestors.
Pay out 100,000 grand to roughly 13 million people tax free and....1.3 billion isn't to much to heal the wounds and to even the Playing field. Don't be so stingy!!!
In the Stimulus they gave out 300 million to the Arts...another 300 million to the Humanities endowment,435 million to mental health even though you can't fix crazy, 30 Billion to the Education stabilization fund,3 Billion to upgrade the IT dept. at the VA........
I mean come on 13 Billion to wash away the White Guilt and be done with it is a small price to pay.
