He was so outshined by Posnanski at the Star, it was absurd.

I was in a Chiefs presser in the late 90s (long story) and I remember Whitlock busting in late, barking out a couple of questions before dragging his butt out of there. He'd already had his mind made up on the slant he was going to take.
