have been successful. We see that with so many from Asia, from the Middle East. For those minorities in our society who have not embraced the educational and cultural gifts our country provides, what are we doing differently to change that? Or, are we feeling compassionate by merely making them slightly more comfortable in their unfortunate plight?

I believe the failure of our welfare state, and of our educational system in many areas, clearly answers that question.
