But thinking means I cannot accept non-participation and/or the continued selection of candidates who are either weirdos or rehash has beens as a realistic approach to changing anything.

Non-participation in politics only means you are left out. And by and large, this is precisely where Libertarians find themselves. Am I missing a more substantive approach to using Libertarian thought to improving lives in the United States?
