being arrested or doing something stupid that embarrassed the program?

There are multiple reasons that winning programs stay winning programs.

Outside of QB their players adjust very well to the professional game too. Jones seems to be more of a prototypical NFL type QB, it will be interesting to see if he can make the transition.
