radio this morning talking about how Saban analyzes every single detail within in the program. Apparently they had a 1 hour meeting once to discuss which movie the team would watch the night before a game to make sure they were in the right mindset.

It's easy to say "they get all the players", but I don't think people realize what an amazing program leader he is. His players rarely get in trouble off the field while at Alabama or after. They rarely commit dumb penalties, or really penalties at all.
