The guy is clearly trying to win here. If Purdue wants to hire him someday, and he leaves to take that job, so be it. Why let it bother you now?

He raves about this team he has a MU this year, talks them up, and genuinely seems to love the team he's got. Who cares if he reminisces about a really special team he was a part of long ago?

EDIT: Do you really think other coaches who played on great teams for great coaches never mention them? You think Bobby Hurley never talks up Coach K? C'mon, really.
