nosy neighbor who lives in front of a stop sign, who posts on Next-door all the time co.plaining about rolling stops. He even posts footage from his security camera.

This guy is bugging the police about it all the time, so every few months a cop car is sitting nearby to ticker neighbors who don't come to a complete stop.

It isn't even a 4 way stop. Just a side street that ends on this main road through the subdivision. And it is the only stop sign. Most side streets don't even have one, so it serves no purpose.
