lunch for him and his wife at 10:45 AM. One street over is a extremely low volume traffic stop sign that he drives by all the time. He starts to break at the sign...clearly no one is in sight so according to the cop who pulls him over said he didn’t come to a complete stop.

He wasn’t in a rush or speeding. He says he honestly thought he did come to a complete stop.

Ticket for $110.

That is why people hate cops.
