Gicinto did in 2.5 seasons. Murphy was 20 pounds heavier, drafted and went over 4,000 yards in his career here.
I want nothing but good for KC kids, but there’s a reason his next best offers were Arkansas State and Eastern Kentucky and it’s not because he was a massive diamond in the rough. He’s not a P5 talent, as a freshman he stepped into the shallowest receiver room in the conference and showed good hands, but the talent isn’t there if you aren’t buying what the coach is selling.
