There may be 9 million registered voters but I am guessing 70% vote. That would be a very high percentage. It COULD be more but it could be less.
That makes 6.3 milllion as my guess.
Then that takes 1 million to make up with 4 million votes
But as it was shown with Allegeny and and Philly
and Trump has to make up 1.4 million with 3 million left.
