Well..the Constitution is fairly clear

on where the Federal government can spend money and make laws...and outside of that, it should be left to the states.
But they have bastardized the general welfare and interstate commerce clauses to allow for everything to fit in.
Other clear areas they have allowed that should not be allowed...treating Executive Orders as laws, and the War Powers Act to circumvent Declaration of War.
FISA would be another clear cut violation, seizures of private property (especially in terms of drugs and guns).
Many many more.
You have claimed many times it is the job of the government to give us a moral society....which is total crap.
