in Texas and Florida. Considering that the majority of Republicans are going to vote in person, the fact they're close to even in mail-in ballot counts is pretty huge.

Even if Repubs are behind by 20-30% in mail-in ballot counts, that's huge.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
