Trump internals show this for WI. In the WOW counties around Milwaukee, Trump is polling about 4 points behind where he performed in 2016. In the upper central areas of Wisconsin, where Trump won by around 17 points in 2016, he is up by around 28 points according to the latest data.

Michigan is showing similar data. Trump is trailing slightly in metro areas but is up 12-15 points in outlying areas among likely voters.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
