when his handlers allow public participation. The campaign isn't giving much advance notice of his public appearances, because they typically draw more Trump supporters then Biden and the catcalls and pro-Trump cheers are picked up on media mics. Additionally, his handlers can't depend on Biden to stick to the script. Every day there are fresh videos of Biden gaffes. He's either misstating some statistic or forgetting what he was talking about in midstream and goes off on a tangent. They are afraid to let Kamala out, because she is a dud and generates negative vibes. Now, with the news of new evidence in his personal involvement in the Burisma-Ukraine scandal, his campaign is in major trouble.
