The subjects in the article didn't own the business - it wasn't their business and it wasn't their decision to make (whether to COMPLY with the city's mandated health ordinances AND their EMPLOYERS stated health policies.)
A patron - be they high risk or low risk, had every reason to believe that they would be greeted with mask wearing employees (and fellow patrons) when they walked thru the doors of that business (The business OWNERS advertised such practices.)
Some MAGAT employee(s) made a decision to flout municipal ordinances and their employer's policies. That employee got their employer's doors shut and themselves fired.
It's a free country - if they didn't like the rules, they should have got a job outside of the city (or a county with such rules), with an employer that shared their values.
