but I don't think 401k's are going anywhere. That ****ty plan is why they won't be. Employers can offer whatever match they want (bounded by 45k at least it was a decade ago).



You should look at the fees and the fund offerings. Suing for fiduciary negligence is big business and usually **** matches indicate they probably are not monitoring fees and funds so they are probably negligent.

Of course if you sue and win you will probably want to find a new job.
