and preventing their kids from being kids due to thinking the virus is dangerous for them, when in fact statistically day to day things like driving to the grocery store present a greater health risk for many.

Misinformation is a dangerous thing. Especially when the media and social media get to decide what "misinformation" is and censor the actual truth.
