I'd argue that it's not all the information, or painting the information in a way that generates fear.
This virus is really bad for old people with underlying conditions. And in rare cases, young healthy people. But that is statistically rare. Instead of telling you it's statistically rare, they write long articles on one healthy person who got it really bad. So what they're saying it true, but there is no context.
