Florida's "absentee" voting is really an at-will mail-in system (the only "absence" is from the FL polling place.) No absenteeism or other excuse required (compared to MO's inane system.)

This is merely a R vs D issue: Republicans are fine with Republicans voting by mail, they just don't want to make it convenient for Ds to vote.
