it opens up opportunity for election fraud to swing the election to Biden. Imagine the mountains of late arriving ballots flooding urban precincts in swing States and the lawsuits dem party lawyers will file seeking to count 'spoiled' and/or provisional ballots. For an idea how this works in practice, see Bush v Gore Florida 2000 and Franken v Coleman Minnesota 2008. The longer the count goes on the more dem votes miraculously appear from dem dominated precincts. Boxes of uncounted ballots just appeared in closets, hallways and car trunks and no one could account for their origination.
