But this seems on point to me. Few entities are willing to open themselves to litigation without have layers and layers of coverage.

Just watch late night TV and see how many personal injury ads are running. Slip and falls, car accidents, taking ****ing Zantac, for ****'s sake, and on and on and on.

Hell, DirecTV has a whole channel dedicated to finding people to sue the Boy Scouts.

It never ends. Personal accountability is a thing of the past in this country.
