How do you figure who gets paid and who does not, how much does someone get paid, where does the money come from, it's a slippery slope because, guess what, other races / religious groups have been persecuted over the millenia as well.
Example, what's the tab owed to the Jews at this point? Answer: Much much more than what's owed to blacks.
Another issue, you're going to pay people who did not incur any of this?
Reparations for slavery only furthers an ongoing problem in the black community which is perpetuation of the victim mentality. Reparations are designed, at least in theory, to provide an economic closure, for a wrong. Slavery is a wrong that can never be made right. But continually looking back to it years later only makes black people weaker as a group.
If the black community wants a better shake in the world, they're going to have to shed the perpetual victim mentality, end or at least lessen the intentional cultural segregation and completely start from scratch with their value system as a whole.
Go back to the family unit, focus on education, job training and life stability. Stop worshipping the gangster culture, drug lifestyle. Those are the real problems in black society. It's not the hole left in blacks from slavery that can only be filled by reparations. That's a fairy tale and everyone knows that.
Black people are constantly talking about "black people". But it's only lip service as to what's owed to black people. It's a third rail for any black person to discuss what black people need to do ON THEIR OWN. That has to stop because the effect is that everyone knows there are real problems that can only be fixed by black people but no one can talk about them.
