this as something as catastrophic, nor as racist.

The dispatcher was the primary screw up. Are they that incompetent that they can't discern the difference between a stolen motorcycle and an SUV, especially if the motorcycle was from out of state?

I'm not sure if it was reasonable or not to consider the incident as "high risk" enough to pull a gun, though it may not have been.

If that happened to me and my family I would probably have been ****ed about it a bit, but not traumatized.
