a brutal, dictatorial communist regime. They harvest and sell the organs of their political prisoners, and force abortions on mothers who exceed their government mandated maximum number of children, among numerous other egregious human rights violations.

You act like their advanced technology and infrastructure in some of their bigger cities shows some level of greatness, and yet they achieved that from bringing in foreign partners chasing their near slave labor and then stealing the technology from those same partners.

They are and have been an evil regime.
