testing. But Scott Gottlieb (one of the primary panic pornographers in the US) is being really deceptive to suggest that the Sweden govt's relatively relaxed approach to COVID has rendered Sweden in a worse position than other European nations.

Sweden is testing at a higher relative rate, so new positive tests are also being received at a higher relative rate. It should be expected.
