Absentee ballots were required to be notarized when I did it in Missouri several decades ago. The mail-in system that is currently being pushed does not include that requirement.
The very first thing a notary is going to do is ask you for proof of ID. According to liberals for the past twenty it is racist to ask an AA to prove their identity before allowing them to cast their vote.
I also find it amusing that your side claims registering, determining your proper polling place and then showing up on the correct day is too much of a burden for many people but would expect those same people to find a notary and jump through all the hoops required to get their ballot notarized.
