it's factual that longhorn players can build a case for systemic racism at the university of texas based on buildings and statues celebrating people who were clearly racists. that's all i'm saying. what happened at missouri, which was in fact a yankee institution during the civil war, is completely unrelated to texas.

and no, the wabash did not pass through manhattan. and manhattan, at the time, argued for the interstate to be south of town as to not disrupt the norman rockwell feel of one of america's sweetest college towns.
