too many occasions. It's coming to the forefront now because videos are now commonplace. I hate posting a lot of anecdotal stuff but here is an example that could have happened to anyone on Tigerboard. The victim is not black. I think we all benefit if there are stringent requirements for when force is used and police are held to these. The cop in the video was acquitted.
