knock him down. Unfortunately, I think two of them pushed at about the same time.
Whether you or I would be charged would be dependent upon the circumstances. I'm not sure of all of the circumstances in this case but it looks like the police were clearing the area and the man walked up to them to disrupt their efforts. After stopping one or more of the officers, it looked like he reached over & touched an officer about to walk past him. That officer reached out to push him back a little & out of the way about the time the other officer he had blocked pushed him back some and the man stumbled backwards for a few steps, couldn't regain his balance and fell down hitting his head on the concrete sidewalk.
Certainly in retrospect we can say they shouldn't have pushed as hard, but I'm pretty sure that guy was in the wrong for what he was doing and at least as much at fault as they were. He was the one doing the confronting intentionally trying to thwart their efforts to move everyone back. His fall was an accident and it looked to me like the policemen there were distressed over the situation after he fell.
