police are currently organized the way they are?
Go for it.
We're happy to watch those developments the same way we watch all the inner cities continue to descend into worse and worse conditions.
You think it's bad now - just wait until the police simply refuse to engage.
1. Because they could be sued.
2. Because they could be charged.
3. Because they could lose their jobs.
and so on.
The individuals willing to be police ESPECIALLY in crime-ridden zones will be forced to team up with local crime groups in order to even APPEAR to be doing their job.
Anything less would be too dangerous.
The 'cops' will necessarily HAVE TO BECOME 100% bad apples, by design.
Someone wants this for sure, but who?
