concerned it is gloves off. Move in and take charge. Set a fire in the street and haul them off. When I see these thugs walking out of stores stealing things it is beyond out of control. I feel for local store owners and I am waiting for one to be sitting inside waiting to blow someone away that walks into their locked store. Scary stuff and that very well could happen.
