or not, that leads to looting and destruction of private property of people that had nothing to do with the incident, that leads to more police, demonstrators get in the faces of police, that leads to shoving and worse, that leads to rioting, which leads to national guard, (national guard are not trained to be a police force) that leads to private citizens being harassed which leads to more trouble, and around and around we go. Fix the police unions so good cops can turn in bad cops so the bad cops are asked to find new jobs instead of the unions reprimanding the good cops for not being team players.
