b/c what if the autopsy comes back with a COD from cardiopulmonary arrest from a cocaine binge?
what are you supposed to do then? just say whoopsie? btw, i think it's LIKELY the assault on the neck is the COD but i'm not 100% certain yet and YOU aren't either b/c we don't have a ruling from their ME.
yeah, the officer could be arrested for assault right now but unless it's the COD the assault, while still excessive force and illegal, would be a municipal charge under all other circumstances for citizen joe. Meaning that if citizen joe kneed someone in the neck that would be a summons to city court.
