I was charged day one, with 11 counts of attempted murder

As the process continued, I personally asked the Family Courts to emancipate me in order to be tried as an adult to avoid being locked up until my 21st birthday. I was granted that request and Jackson County decided to charge me in adult court with a handful of things that I honestly would have easily beaten in my opinion.

Two years into this process Claire and her friends recharged me right before my trial with three additional ACA charges that meant going to trial and losing would keep me in prison for 45 years. I didn't have the balls to risk 45 years in prison to convince a judge to hear me out so I plead down. They got their conviction, and I got to go free in 1996 as a felon if I did seven months without incident.
