That is fine but please don't act like you understand the hardship of not being able to work for 3 months because you struggle to breath and are coughing all, day, long, and your lungs make a crackling sound.
In the real world the doctors call it pneumonia and an unidentified itis, and send you for inconclusive ct scans, but never call it a phobia.
I don't wish it on anyone, but wouldn't feel bad if you felt like you had it for a day, so you'd get off your high horse.
