against unlawful search? I see no way that contact tracing stands up to constitutional scrutiny. And even if it did how do they enforce it if the people refuse? They could possibly get phone companies to force the apps out to our phones. But people would simply turn their phones off or leave them at home.

There is no way I would take part in this plan. It is a huge government overreach and we all know that once they get their foot in the door on something like this there is no way to get the genie back in the bottle.
