roughly the same thing (that 50-80 times the confirmed cases actually exist), how on earth can you adequately trace contacts?

We're talking about tens of millions of cases (the vast majority of which are asymptomatic) and it's a respiratory virus that spreads without direct contact with people.

How do you trace contacts?
