Now it's evident that we were so late to the party on testing that there's likely a LARGE % of the population that has been infected and have antibodies. If they know a large % of the population (I don't know what that % is) has the antibodies, then they can feel safe that reopening won't cause a huge spike. Almost 1M confirmed cases and 40k deaths with extreme shelter in place orders. I do not want to know what those numbers would be if nothing was in place.
