I was there a couple of years ago.

The thought process if you get them in a game of gotcha, their whole argument falls apart...and then they can justify any arbitrary point they want.

There is also a need to have a fine line, where in many cases it is a gray area...I am fine with gray ..many are not.

I am still very much on the fence on things like drunk driving...and one post you said helped me out a ton....that if we can just find a way of getting drunk/unsafe drivers off the road without punishing them, it would be a good thing....I can agree with that principle.
