If someone spends 1/3 of their day at work, 1/3 sleeping and 1/3 with their family at home and you can show that no one in your family had it.
Plus, again, the employer is going to have to show what steps it took to mitigate the potential for exposure. Just that alone make things difficult legally for an employer. Throw in a country in a recession and you've got major issues legally with CV and re-opening the economy.
