owners in terms of pro sports. If they can pay their players and employees without generating revenue, they can survive. I suspect they are in long term contracts with stadiums and arenas and still have that overhead but I also would bet they are negotiating lower payments with the various cities they play in presently.

College sports is an entirely different matter. They don't need revenue to survive because the entity that supports them (the university) will survive. Coaches may take a hit in salaries and employees will likely be furloughed but the necessity to play is not as critical as it is for the pros.
