is she an unbiased analyst of facts directly in front of her or is she a story teller?

I just heard her give an anecdote about FDR having a daily cocktail party during WW2 to lighten the mood during the war, to keep everyone's spirits up. Riveting.

And the federal "abdication of responsibility"? Does that give free pass to the Governor of New York or the Mayor of NYC because a government in DC should be able to deliver hospital beds to NYC on a moments notice?
