has a total force north of 20,000, with all the equipment and supplies that goes with it.
New York City is, I'm told, the wealthiest in the world. They would seem to have the financial resources at hand within their own community.
Why is the Mayor not able to handle it on his own with the assistance of a 20,000 man military force available with the governor?
