for intelligence. He may have seen early that good intel is not in his favor, therefore he has no use for it and it must be quashed.
The danger here - very real, as you point out - is that so very many believe the lying, fat sack of ****, when he stated just weeks ago, that we have this contained. They then, his flock, took no steps or efforts to exercise the caution needed and thus served as carriers.
